Full Season Farm Crew
We are seeking hardworking candidates for this years full time Farm Crew team. The Farm Crew will work both under the supervision of the production and wash&pack managers on all tasks related to production and wash&pack, as well as independently on a wide variety of tasks related to normal operations of the farm.
These are full time and part time positions beginning May and June. The full time work schedule will be Monday through Friday, though you may occasionally be asked to work on either a Saturday or Sunday if possible during PYO season. The season will end November 21st though there is potential for winter work.
Minimum Requirements:

- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in all weather conditions
Compensation: $15-19/hr depending on experience, plus farm produce, a farm shop discount, and farm gear
Farmers Market Manager
Starting late spring/early summer and running through late fall we do 3 farmers markets per week on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The ideal candidate will be available to work 2 of 3 markets per week though this can be a flexible position that could be divided between two or more people if necessary. The Farmers Market Manager(s) will be responsible for loading the market van, bringing produce to the markets, setting up an eye-catching and professional display, selling and restocking the produce while delivering consistently excellent customer service and then packing down and returning to the farm.
Minimum Requirements:
-Comfort with handling cash, credit, and debit sales
-Comfort with using smart phone for sales transactions
-Ability to maintain positive demeanor with customers throughout interactions
-Positive attitude, good sense of humor, patience, and determination
-Reliable attendance and performance
-Ability to work on a team and on independent projects
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ready to ask for help and clarification as needed
-Detail-oriented and able to retain directions
-Ability to lift 50 pounds, do physically demanding work and repetitive tasks while standing and kneeling for 8 hours per day
-Willingness to work outdoors in any weather
-Valid ID and dependable transportation
Compensation: $17-20/hr depending on experience plus 2% commission
Summer Farm Crew
We are seeking hardworking candidates for this years summer farm crew team. The farm crew will work both under the supervision of the production and wash/pack managers on all tasks related to production and wash/pack, as well as independently on a wide variety of tasks related to normal operations of the farm.
Both full and part time positions available. Ideally starting early June and ending late August/early September.
